Tulfarris is a 200 acres estate on Blessington Lakes.  It was the home of Karl Mullen the rugby hero.  When the Hayes family and Barry family became owners they developed a small hotel, golf course and a number of homes. When the Kelly family joined as the main investors we significantly upgraded the main house, the hotel, the conference centre and the golf course.

 

With the onset of the financial crisis the property was taken over and managed by NAMA.
